Life, the universe, football!
I was reading Mr. Temples comment about the pinhole camera and then I remembered that there was a film on at christmas with David Niven as an airman who gets shot down but survives, even though he is supposed to die. The film is called a matter of life or death, and there’s a camera obscura in that. If I can get hold of a copy of the film I might show the clip in class.
Year 11 recently found out about dispersion for the waves and radiation unit of their GCSE. Students used a prism to produce a spectrum.
One of the students’ offered to get everyone to club together to buy Sir a playstation!

8WA spent a lesson making pinhole cameras. Many students were astonished to discover that the images seen were actually upside down !
