Today we looked at colloids and mixtures, the meaning of organic chemicals ( do not confuse with organic farming) and we started to look at fractional distillation of crude oil. I asked you to explain why diesel has very different properties to petrol (such as smokiness, ease of ignition, smell, viscosity, economy of use) This  should be done by thursday.
